Personal History Assignment:

1. Title

  • At the top, write: “My Personal History” (or “The History of [Your Name]”).

2. Photos (5 total)

Choose 5 images that show important parts of your personal history, such as:

  • A baby/toddler picture (or something representing your childhood).

  • A photo of your family or a tradition.

  • A favorite activity or hobby.

  • A place that’s meaningful to you.

  • A goal, dream, or “future history” (what you want to do one day).

(If you don’t want to use real photos, they can use symbols, drawings, or clipart.)

3. Text

Write a short caption (1–2 sentences) for each photo, explaining its “history.” Examples:

  • “This is me when I was 3 years old. I loved playing outside.”

  • “This picture shows my favorite sport, which I’ve played since 5th grade.”

  • “This photo represents my goal to travel in the future.”

4. Timeline Option (extra creative!)

  • Arrange the photos in order (past → present → future) like a timeline.

  • Or place them in categories: Childhood, Family, Interests, Future.

5. Style
